Shipping & Delivery Time

We ship within the territory of Poland*. Ordered items will be sent via Polish Post (Poczta Polska) after making a PayPal payment (we will try to make it as soon as possible, but normally within 1-5 business days). Shipping should take about 2-5 workdays. We can’t guarantee the actual delivery time as it is mostly dependent on the Post.

There is no additional shipping cost – it is completely free within Poland!

Cancellation & Return Policy

Every package contains a receipt that is a proof of a purchase. It is necessary in case of exchange or complaint.
Changed your mind? You can send back products in 14 days since the day they were collected. Contact us in case you would like to make a return: contact@minco.pl, providing your order number and is possible – a reason for which you would like to return the product. Items must be unused and not damaged. Once we have approved the return, you will receive a refund. Please keep in mind that costs of returning the items are non-refundable.
